Rachel is a seasoned executive leader and director with over 30 years of experience in the professional and financial services sector, the not-for-profit sector, and the sports industry. She is also the proud Mother of two teenage girls and loves family adventures.

At the age of 17, Rachel left Australia to spend time in Nepal volunteering in a disadvantaged village to bring empowerment to children through the opportunity to access education. She is still highly connected to this Community in Nepal and serves on the Board of World Youth International to support change-making programs across the world.

In Nov 2022, she launched her own venture, The WattleNest, to empower, celebrate, and connect elite athletes and help them overcome financial barriers and pursue their career goals. She is passionate about people, sports, and social change, and strives to make a positive difference in the communities she serves.

Donisha is passionate about developing educational and training pathways for young people.  She is the Chairperson and a founding board member of the Stars Foundation – a school-based engagement program for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander girls.  She is the inaugural Chief Executive Officer of the Queensland Indigenous Business Network.

Emma Ritchie just turned 23 and is in her second year in her dream job as an apprentice automotive technician with Ferrari Brisbane. Outside of work, Emma has just finished rebuilding her 1992 Mazda MX-5. In her spare time, Emma enjoys taking her car to the track and when she’s not doing that, she’s sketching and creating art! Olympian & Entrepreneur: Becchara Palmer

Becchara Palmer is an Australian former professional beach volleyball player who represented Australia at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the beach volleyball women's tournament (with partner Sally Bawden). She was born in Adelaide in 1988 and began playing beach volleyball at the age of 15 before quickly rising through the ranks of the sport. She won the Australian junior championship in 2006 and 2007, and the world junior championship in 2007.

Dr Eva Baxter grew up in The Netherlands and went to University in the UK before moving to Australia in 2013. She came to Brisbane on a 2-year contract but then met her husband and never left. She has been working at the Queensland Centre for Gynaecological Cancer Research at The University of Queensland since 2018 and is currently supported by the Cherish Women’s Cancer Foundation. Dr Baxter’s research focuses on improving outcomes for women with gynaecological cancer.

Orode Cyndi Eke-Okoro is a remarkable Nigerian Australian, currently serving as the President of the African Professionals of Australia (APA). Beyond her role as APA President, Orode serves as a Contract Coordinator for the Faculty of Health at the Queensland University of Technology. She also co-owns a successful business venture(Jeovic Community Care) with her partner, showcasing her versatility and entrepreneurial spirit. In addition to her professional roles, Orode is also a dedicated mother to 11-year-old twins. Veterinarian: Dr Claire Madden

Dr Claire Madden is Head Veterinarian at Village Roadshow Theme Parks (Sea World + Paradise Country), where she works with a wide variety of animals every day including penguins, turtles, sea lions and sharks! She specialises in Australian Wildlife Medicine and has extensive experience in rehabilitation, preventative health programs and threatened species programs. She has also worked at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and Australia Zoo, where she was as a presenter and Zookeeper in the Big Cat department. Along with her veterinary studies, Dr Claire has completed a Bachelor of Science, animal studies, majoring in wildlife biology.
