Annika has over 15 years of experience in marketing and has a passion for helping businesses reach their communication goals.

Tess Alexander is an Australian Presenter, former Miss World Australia, Health and Wellness coach and is on a mission to redefine beauty standards.

Landing her first international modelling contract at the age of 17, Tess has worked in every corner of the globe, modelling for brands such as Vogue, Valentino and Fendi. In 2015, Tess was named Miss World Australia and went on to place in the top 10 of the international Miss World competition.

Elise’s more than decade-long journey with anxiety and living what she refers to now as, “a pretty small life”, led her to learn the art of meditation. Not long after implementing this new practice, not only did her anxiety dissipate but it completely changed the trajectory of her life, now working in the wellness and mental health space, which Elise describes as, “like coming home”. Her non-linear career path has spanned acting, fashion design and now wellness, a journey she is incredibly grateful for.

Kelly Jamieson founded Edible Blooms with her sister Abbey, which began as a small business start-up in 2005 and has grown to be the current winner of Canstar’s 2022 Australian Online Gift Delivery Company award. Kelly and her team are also previous National Telstra Business Award winners. An advocate for women leading in business, Kelly was named the 2011 SA Telstra Business Woman of the Year and is a 2018 inductee to the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Winning Women program.

Ash grew up working within her family’s small business and later studied Business and Photography. She spent many years working as an event stylist and coordinator in Brisbane, which gave her a keen eye for detail and a creative flair. Ash started dessert delivery company Hooray Brownies in 2017 after finding a gap in the market.

With a background in marketing and graphic design, Kate Williams launched nodo (pronounced “no-dough”) in 2014 to spread happiness through beautiful baked goods that combine artisan methods and naturally gluten free ingredients. From an initial market stall to eight booming locations, an online store and more, nodo is now a Queensland institution with a cult-like status and loyal following.

Radmila is a qualified carpenter and joiner who broadened her professional career and personal growth by focusing her passion to engage and empower women in construction into her appointed job roles.

Emma and Molly created JAM The Label to cater for the 15 - 20% of people globally with disability who have traditionally been excluded from mainstream fashion. “We want to shake up the fashion industry and make it more inclusive the 1.2 billion people in the world with a disability. We particularly want to give young people with disability the opportunity to express themselves through fashion, just like we do.”

Lauren is a mother of 3 wonderful humans and is also a personal trainer, mental health and domestic violence speaker/writer. She’s originally from country Victoria and has played piano since she was two, but her children are the only ones to have ever heard her play it! Lauren loves the beach but can’t swim in the surf, will never say no to going out for lunch and has never travelled outside of Australia. The coolest things to ever happen to her are working with John Cena, training Sam Wood in her own home gym and doing yoga with Rachael Finch (just to name a few!).

Kate Temple has had many dangerous jobs - from making hatpins out of darts to climbing ladders at midnight. Now Kate is in the dangerous business of writing books for children. She has written more than twenty books with her writing partner, Jol, and The Dangerous Business of Being Trilby Moffat is her first solo book. Kate lives in Sydney with her two children. When she is not writing, Kate enjoys eating cake, and so do the characters in this book.

With a 20-year career in film and television, Kylie Pascoe broke new ground in subscription television, creating innovative campaigns alongside several Hollywood Studios. In 1996 she moved into film and has been behind the release of over 30 films and series. Kylie spent two years as director of Queensland’s largest film festival (GCFF) establishing three of their flagship events before relocating to Victoria in 2016 to focus on producing. A keen collaborator, Kylie has produced a broadcast documentary, and co-produced eleven feature films and a Netflix series. Her latest feature documentary – The Art of Incarceration – was acquired by Netflix for global release mid 2022.
